Beat the heatwave with this refreshing homemade raspberry sherbet. Really easy to make and very healthy alternative to ice-cream. It is also gluten and dairy free so everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
(serve 1-2)
200g Frozen raspberries
1 small ripe banana
200ml non-dairy milk of your choice (cashew nut, almond, oat or rice milk)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Put all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth. It should be thick and not too runny. Serve immediately.
